Terms of Service

You must be at least 16 years old to use Grand Line Navigator. The GDPR (Article 8) requires parental consent for users under 16 in the EU. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement.

Grand Line Navigator is a trade-matching platform for One Piece TCG players. We help you find nearby players who have cards you want and want cards you have.

We do not:

• Facilitate payments or financial transactions of any kind
• Arrange or guarantee shipping
• Guarantee the outcome, value, or fairness of any trade

All trades are arranged and conducted directly between users. We are a tool to help you find each other — nothing more.

What other users can see about you

When the matching feature identifies you as a compatible trade partner, the following data becomes visible to that user: your username, bio and avatar, the name(s) of your saved location(s) and the approximate distance from their search, and the cards in your inventory relevant to the match — including names, conditions, languages, and photos where you have uploaded them. On the match detail page, all of your active saved locations are also shown.

The app does not access your device's location. Saved locations are cities you enter manually.

You manage what appears in your match results by managing your card inventory.

You agree not to:

• Create fake profiles or impersonate other users
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the platform
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users in any way
• Use the service for any purpose that is unlawful under Netherlands or EU law

By creating an account you enter into a contract with us to provide the service. We process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Please read it before signing up.

When you upload an avatar image or a photo of a card in your inventory, you confirm that you own or have the right to use that content. By uploading it, you grant Grand Line Navigator a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store and display it solely to provide the service (for example, showing your avatar and card photos to matched users).

You must not upload content that is illegal, defamatory, that infringes third-party intellectual property, or that depicts minors. We may remove content that violates these standards without notice.

One Piece TCG card names, artwork, set information, and related content are the intellectual property of Bandai Co., Ltd. Grand Line Navigator is an independent fan tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Bandai.

Grand Line Navigator facilitates in-person meetings between strangers. Please take sensible precautions:

• Meet in a public place — a local game store, card shop, or convention floor
• Tell someone where you are going and who you are meeting
• Trust your instincts — if something feels wrong, do not go

We are not responsible for the outcome of any in-person interaction arranged through the platform.

Grand Line Navigator is provided free of charge and “as is.” We do our best to keep it running reliably, but we cannot guarantee availability, accuracy, or uninterrupted access.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses — including losses arising from trades arranged through the platform or from in-person meetings between users.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be illegal to do so, including any rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.

Grand Line Navigator is in closed beta. This means:

• The service may be discontinued at any time without prior notice
• Data may be wiped during testing or at beta close
• We make no guarantees of uptime, availability, or data preservation
• Features may change significantly before public launch

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Without prejudice to any mandatory rights you may have under the law of your country of residence, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands.
